About Us

who we are

Grillfathers is a family owned catering service started in 2016 in the rural Alabama community of Shiloh in Coffee County. Our mission is to provide excellent food at reasonable prices while honoring the culture and techniques of our forefathers. The recipes used in cooking our foods comes from many families that continue to live there today. That is why we chose the term "A Shiloh Original" as a way of always remembering and honoring the hard work and sacrifices of our ancestors.

Special Order Item. $75-$125

A full beef brisket slowly grilled 12- 18 hours depending on size and weight and grilled to perfection.

Chicken

1/2 chicken seasoned and grilled.
